We are a small, privately owned campground located in beautiful Bluff City, Tennessee, offering monthly RV sites for those looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

Our campground overlooks a large open grassy area with a flowing creek below, giving our tenants plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. Whether you want to relax by the creek, cast a fishing line, sit outside and enjoy the scenery, or simply unwind after a long day, we hope you’ll feel right at home here.

Because we’re a smaller campground, our goal isn’t to feel like a crowded RV park. We want to provide a clean, quiet, and friendly environment for people looking for a long-term place to stay in beautiful East Tennessee.
